国家助学贷款的教育属性和高校在国家助学贷款工作中的特殊地位决定了高校应当在助学贷款工作中发挥重要作用,但目前高校普遍存在着认识不足、宣传不力、教育不够、管理不严的问题。高校在国家助学贷款工作中,应当利用自身优势,充分发挥教育者和管理者的作用。
