摘要
本研究采用荧光分光光度仪检测了模拟4000m高原大鼠复合梭曼中毒后不同时间血清中5-羟色胺(5-HT)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)和多巴胺(DA)等5种单胺物质的含量。结果表明:大鼠在模拟高原状态和复合中毒血中单胺物质的含量与平原对照相比,以及72μg/kg中毒组与56μg/kg中毒组和高原对照组相比,明显升高(P<0.01)。
he content of blood monoamines including 5-HT,5-HIAA,NE,E,DA in rats weremeasured at different times after soman intoxication at a simulated high altitude of 4km. Itwas found that blood monoamines were significantly increased after soman intoxication athigh altitude as compared with those at sea level,and also those in intoxicated group Ⅱ(72μg/kg) as compared with intoxicated group I(56μg/kg)and control group at altitude.These findings indicate that disturbances of metabolism of monoamines after soman intoxica-tion at high altitude was an important factor to aggravate the damage of central nervous sys-tem.
