大白鼠模拟低氧性间质肺水肿的形态学研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文报告了大白鼠在小减压舱减压缺氧条件下间质肺水肿发生的模拟条件。结果表明,低氧性间质肺水肿主要发生在细支气管动脉周围腔内。不同模拟减压高度和阶段升高减压缺氧各组,以6km这一模拟高度间质肺水肿发生的程度最重。该高度减压缺氧4h、8h和12h组与常压对照组定量图像分析结果比较,差别均非常显著。雌性对照大鼠间质肺水肿定量图像分析结果以8h最为显著、24h次之,48h最轻。可见,6km减压缺氧8h为产生低氧性间质肿水肿最为适宜的模拟条件。 he simulating hypoxic conditions under which interstitial pulmonary edema occurred ina hypobaric chamber on rats were reported. The results indicated that the hypoxic interstitialpulmonary edema mainly occurred in the surrounding spaces of bronchial arteries. The degreeof hypoxic interstitial pulmonary edema in the 6km group was obviously severe as comparedwith other groups of simulating fixed or step-rising altitude,The results of image analysis on 6km groups after 4h,8h and 12h hypoxia showed outstanding differences in statistics as com-pared with the control group.The results of image analysis on the female control groupshowed that pathological changes were severest in 8h group,less in 24h group and least in48h group;So,exposure to hypoxia for 8h at 6km altitude is the optimal condition underwhich interstitial pulmonary edema occurs.
