摘要
战后日本经过对侵略战争的反省,奠定“学问自由”和“大学自治”的法律基础。大学教师深受“学问自由”和“大学自治”的恩惠,时至今日,大学教师权益保障随着政治经济发展以及信息社会变革的需要可能会发生质变。如何有效地创建富有新世纪特色的“学问自由”和“大学自治”,可以说是当今日本大学教师权益保障的一大课题。
Through the reflection of aggression,the legal basis of academic freedom and university autonomy was founded in Japan. University faculty was favored in the aspects of academic freedom and university autonomy. Nowadays the faculty＇s rights and interests will be changed possibly along with the development of politics and ecomomy as well as the need of social reform. How to effectively rebuild the academic freedom and university autonomy charactered with the new century is an important task for ensuring faculty＇s rights and interests.
