摘要
内部营销是把员工看成内部顾客,通过一系列类似市场营销的活动为内部顾客提供优质的服务,来调动员工的积极性并促进各部门人员之间的协调与合作,激发他们为外部顾客提供优质的服务。内部营销对于提高企业管理水平,提高企业经济效益具有重要的作用。目前我国企业对内部营销还不够重视,缺乏内部营销的观念和机制。应采取有效对策解决我国企业内部营销中存在的问题。
The inner selling takes them with a succession of market the employees as its inner customers, and uses selling activities for the purpose of stimulating the ting the cooperation with other departments and serving them well. The inner an excellent service to serve employees'activities, promoselling plays a very important role in promoting the management level of business and the economic efficiency of business. But now it pays little attention to the inner selling and the option and mechanism. Some countermeasures should be taken to solve the problem in the inner selling of our business.
