摘要
试验采用免疫荧光组织化学法,检验了经历不同温度热应激后,在不同恢复期内小鼠卵巢组织HSP70的诱导表达,确立了HSP70诱导表达模式。结果表明:随着热应激温度的升高,卵巢组织HSP70的表达量增加,表达持续期延长,特别是经历了预应激小鼠的HSP70表达更显著。这说明在一定的热应激条件下。小鼠卵巢组织可发生HSP70的诱导表达,其表达量和表达持续期与热应激强度相关,而且热应激可显著促进HSP70的表达。
Kunming (KM) mice were exposed to heat slress at different temperature respectively, in the purpose of revealing and verifing the molecular nature of the ovary thermoprotective mechanisms and to extend the understanding for tissue speciality and immunohistoehemistry method was performed to determine HSP70 induced expression of mouse ovarian section during the reeovery after exposure of mice to heat stress. The results are as follows: Expression of HSP70 was induced in mouse ovary by heat stress. The quantity of expression of HSP70 increased and the duration was prolonged with the elevated temperature of heat stress, especially in the tv, o - heat - stressed mice ovary. These resuits suggested that the quantity and duration of induced expression of HSP70 eorrelates with temperature of heat stress within certain iange of heat stress, in particular, in the pre - heat stressed mouse ovary.
