Effects of sliding guide on the positioning of the repositioning splint

目的:印证再定位夹板的治疗位对其治疗周期的影响,探讨slidingguide在用于再定位夹板定位中获得治疗位的作用。方法:选择15例罹患急性不可复性盘前移位的患者,通过slidingguide诱导下颌做前伸或正中运动,确定再定位夹板治疗位,咬合用硅橡胶固定该治疗位,面弓转移颌关系,上颌架,制作再定位夹板,测量开口度正常与Mankoski疼痛指数小于2所用的时间,以及盘突关系恢复时间。结果:用slidingguide确定再定位夹板治疗位恢复正常开口度所需的时间平均为(12±1.3)d,Mankoski疼痛指数小于2所用的时间为(6±1.7)d,而恢复正常盘突关系的时间为(120±11.6)d。结论:Slidingguide在缓解疼痛以及缩短恢复盘突关系时间上具有一定意义。

Objective To confirm the effect of the therapy position of reposifioning splint duration, and to observe the effects of sliding guide on the positioning of the repostitioning splint. Method on the treatment Fifteen patients with acute anterior disk displacement without reduction were guided to pre- or centric movement by sliding guide so as to determine the therapy position and to fixed by silicon register. The jaw relationship was transferred with the facebow, and mounted on the articulator. The time to restore the normal month opening, the Mankoski pain index to get less than 2 and the disk-condyle assembly relationship were evaluated. Results The mean time to restore the normal month opening was （12 ± 1.3） days, the time of Mankoski pain index to get less than 2 was （6 ± 1.7） days, the duration of the disk-condyle assembly relationship to become normal was （120 ± 11.6）days. Conclusion Sliding guide are useful in reducing pain and shortening the duration of restoring the disk-condyle assembly relationship.
