高渗盐溶液治疗难治性颅内高压临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨高渗盐溶液在临床神经外科的应用,以及对难治性颅内高压的治疗作用。方法:对临床常规治疗效果不佳的12例颅脑损伤后高颅压病人,给予7.5%的高渗盐溶液降颅压治疗,观察疗效和颅内压,监测病人的颅内压变化情况。结果:12例病例中,10例症状缓解,意识好转,7例颅内压监测者有5例颅内压小于20mmHg。2例病情无改善。结论:7.5%高渗盐溶液有良好的降颅压作用,特别是对于颅脑创伤后常规治疗无效的难治性高颅压有显著的治疗效果。
