东北白鹅和籽鹅血液生化指标

Blood Biochemical Indices of Northeast White-Goose and Zi-Goose

为建立东北白鹅和籽鹅血液生化指标的正常参考值及其正常参考范围,探讨东北白鹅和籽鹅的各项血液生化指标之间的差异显著性,随机抽取(12±0.5)月龄健康、体质量为(4.2±0.2)kg的东北白鹅母鹅和(3.5±0.2)kg的籽鹅母鹅各65只,空腹12h后翅下静脉采血,离心分离血清,应用半自动生化分析仪及试剂盒对血清22项生化指标进行检测分析。结果表明:东北白鹅和籽鹅丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT/GPT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST/GOT)、谷氨酸酰基转移酶(GT)、胆碱脂酶(CHE)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH-L)、葡萄糖(Glu)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、钙(Ca)、肌酐(Cre)、镁(Mg)等血清生化指标之间差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01);碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆固醇(CHO)、无机磷(P)之间差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);a-羟丁酸脱氢酶(a-HBDH)、尿素氮(BuN)、甘油三脂(TG)、尿酸(UA)、总胆红素(T.Bili)、直接胆红素(D.Bili)、氯(Cl)之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。本试验建立的东北白鹅和籽鹅血液生化指标的正常参考值及其正常参考范围,为今后鹅的相关研究提供了基础的科学数据和基本的理论依据。

The standard reference values and range of blood biochemical indices of Northeast White Goose and Zi-goose were investigated. Differences in the blood biochemical indices between them were measured as well. 65 healthy,female, 12± 0. 5 months of age Northeast white geese averaging （4.2 ± 0.2）kg BW and Zi-geese weighting （3.5 ±0. 2）kg were respectively selected randomly. The venous blood of fasting geese was collected and the serum gained for determination of the biochemical indices with semiautomatic biochemical analytic instrument and biochemical reagent kit. The results were as follows ：the concentration of ALT/GPT, AST/GOT, GT, CHE, LDH-L, Glu, HDL-C, TP, Alb, Ca, Cre, Mg between Northeast White Goose and Zi-goose had significant differences （P〈0.01）. The concentration of ALP,CHO,P between Northeast White Goose and Zi-goose had significant differences （P〈0. 05）. No significant differences were observed in a-HBDH, BuN ,TG ,UA ,T. Bili, D. Bili between Northeast White Goose and Zi-goose（P〉0.05）. The standard reference value and range of blood biochemical indices of Northeast White Goose and Zi-goose was provided.
