摘要
电力系统的安全运行要求对系统频率进行控制,而系统的动态和惯性特性都随着系统频率控制的结果发生变化。在竞争性电力市场环境下,要求所采用的频率控制方法能够实现电网安全运行和可靠供电以及电力市场的经济目标相协调。随着电力系统规模的扩大,各发电厂在电力系统中的地理位置相距较远,在进行经济分配时,则必须考虑电厂间输电线传送功率所带来的网络中的有功功率损耗。本文研究了计及网损和频率变化率约束条件的有功功率经济分配的算法,提出了一种实用有效的频率控制方法并对边际成本进行了分析。
The power system security requires frequency control, and the dynamic and inertial characteristics of the system are subject to the control results. In the competitive power market, the frequency control method should be good for grid security and reliability, and economic targets of the power market. With the expanding of the power system, power plants are far away from each other geographically, and the network loss caused by power transmission among power plants must be considered during economic dispatch and control. The algorithm of economic power dispatch, which considers the constraint condition of network loss and frequency variation, is studied, and a pragmatic and effective method of frequency control is put forward, and the marginal cost is analyzed.
