摘要
叙述了对台州发电厂8号220 kV、400 MVA主变油总烃及乙炔超标现象的分析,详细介绍了放油检查、吊罩检查和缺陷处理的情况。运用排除法查找故障原因,分析为过热所致,另外工艺螺钉也发现问题,认为排除法可以为今后老旧主变运行中类似问题的处理提供借鉴。
The general situation of the over-standard overall hydrocarbon and acetylene of the 220 kV 400 MVA transformer in Taizhoiu Power Plant is analyzed, and the treatment process of oil draining, cover lifting, checking, and fault handling are presented in detail. The exclusion method was adopted to find out the fault causes, which provides reference treatment for similar problems of transformer operation.
