摘要
电厂汽轮机EH系统抗燃油油质的优劣,直接影响抗燃油系统的安全运行。抗燃油的污染主要表现在水分、颗粒度、酸值质三个方面,油质劣化,清洁度下降,可能导致电液伺服阀腐蚀。油动机磨损及调节保安部件的卡涩失效。国内已有多起因抗燃油质问题引起的汽机运行异常和设备故障。去除抗燃油中的水分和颗粒,是改善油质,确保设备安全、稳定运行的关键。
The fire-resistant oil quality of the steam turbine EH system of power plants directly influences the operation of the fire-resistant oil system. Problems in the fire-resistant oil quality will result in abnormal operation of the steam turbine and equipment faults. It is essential to eliminate the water and particles in the fire-resistant oil.
The functions of the fire-resistant oil purifying device for EH systems of steam turbines are recommended, and application shows that the device is effective.
