摘要
探讨了在不同的地质条件下TBM刀盘总推进力的设计计算方法,有利于优化TBM的结构参数和总装机功率,提高TBM适应不同地质条件的能力,并以ROBBINS(美)公司MB264-311型TBM为例进行了模拟计算,证明该计算方法正确有效。
The paper discusses the different approach for designing and calculating the general propping force of the cutter head of TBM under the different geological conditions, which benefit optimizing the structural parameters and the general installed capacity of TBM and improving the application ability of TBM under the different geological conditions. TBM that is manufactured by American ROSSINS company and the model is MB264-311 serving as the example, the paper makes the simulation calculation, the calculation approach proves correct and effective.
