摘要
针对铁厂沟矿45#煤层(平均倾角45°)水平分段放顶煤开采过程中遇到的回采巷道变形突出,特别是底板煤层巷道底帮变形严重的问题,分别在+707 m与+688 m工作面回采巷道进行了锚网支护的工业性试验研究。通过对底板煤巷掘进期与回采期巷道变形现场监测表明:适当加大锚杆长度与直径,并在底板煤巷底帮增加布设底锚能够有效降低回采巷道变形量。
Industry's experimental study was carried out about bolt - mesh support in working face of + 707 m and + 688 m level in view of distinct deformation of roadways, especially serious dcformation of bottom wall in bottom tunnels in horizontal section top coal caving in 45^# seam in Tiechanggou coal mine. The result of monitoring consequence of bottom tunnel in period of excavating and withdrawal reveals that the way of suitably increasing length and diameter of the anchor, and building the bottom anchor can effectively reduce deformation in bottom tunnels.
