摘要
针对300 MW汽轮机组主机油系统油中严重带水的现象,以及轴承座外油挡经常漏油引起火警的情况,找出了油中带水和油挡漏油引起着火的根本原因,提出在外油挡加装供气装置来封住轴封漏汽进入轴承室,从而消除了油系统油中带水的故障,并可靠防止火警。
Aiming at the serious problems of water entrapped in the lubrication system of a 300 MW steam set as well as of oil leakage out of the pedestal' s outer oil baffle liable to cater fire, the basic cause is found analytical investingtion to be entrapped water and oil leakage. To solve the problem, the addition of an attached pneumatic contraption is suggested, which would seal off the shaft gland and prevent steam to leak into and oil out of the bearing housing.
