骨与软组织小细胞恶性肿瘤22例临床病理分析

THE CLINICOPATHOLOGIC STUDY OF 22 CASES OF MALIGNANT SMALL CELL TUMOR IN BONE AND SOFT TISSUE

目的：对小细胞恶性肿瘤进行科学的病理学分类。方法：对２２例小细胞恶性肿瘤行临床、病理形态和多种免疫组化与电镜观察分析。结果：将２２个病例分为４组：（１）Ｅｗｉｎｇ瘤和神经内分泌肿瘤组９例（骨内Ｅｗｉｎｇ瘤３冽、骨外者１例，Ａｓｋｉｎ瘤１例，原始神经外胚层肿瘤１例，节细胞性神经母细胞瘤１例和神经内分泌癌２例）；（２）胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤８例；（３）结外恶性淋巴瘤３例；（４）腹腔内硬化性小圆细胞瘤和小细胞恶性间皮瘤各１例。结论：小细胞肿瘤的种类繁多，对其诊断应密切结合临床，同时辅以多种特殊检查。

Objective:To classify the cases of malignant small cell tumor. Methods:22 cases of malig-nant small cell tumor were studied by light and electronmicroscope,by immunohis tochemical staining with different kirids of antibody and by refering to clinical material.Results:These cases could be divid-ed into four groups.(1)Group A:9 cases of Ewing's sarcoma and neuroendocrine tumors, It included 3 Ewing's tumors,1 Extra-bone Ewing's sarcoma,1 primitive neuroectodermal tumor(PNET),1 gan-glioneuroblastoma, 1 Askin's tumor and 2 neuroendocrine carcinomas;(2)Group B: 8 cases of embry-onal rhabdomyosarcomas.(3)Group C:3 cases of extranodal non-Hodgkin's lymphomas;(4)Group D:1 intra-abdominal desmoplastic small round cell tumor and 1 small cell malignant of mesothelioma. Con-clusion: Malignant small cell tumor is a group of tumors including various origins and biologic behav-iors,it is by specific pathologic method that we can made exact classification of them.
