奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙及氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌

摘要 目的探讨奥沙利铂(OXA)、亚叶酸钙(CF)、氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)联合化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌患者的疗效。方法选择经病理检查确诊的晚期胃癌患者68例,所有患者均为无手术指征或拒绝手术及术后复发的患者。给予OXA、CF、5-FU联合化疗方案治疗。1个疗程后,复查胃镜、B超、CT,进行疗效评估。结果全组患者近期有效率为55.9%,其中CR 6例、PR 33例。结论本方案对晚期胃癌疗效肯定,值得在临床联合化疗治疗胃癌中进一步研究。
