单侧纵轴动力外固定器治疗长骨干骨折

THE TREATMENT OF LONG-BONE SHAFT FRACTURES WITH UNILATERAL AXIAL DYNAMIC FIXATOR

目的：应用单侧纵轴动力外固定器治疗长骨干骨折。方法：对新鲜骨折采取闭合复位，骨折不愈合采取开放复位加植骨，外固定器固定骨折。结果：６３例新鲜骨折治疗成功率为９８％，愈合时间为２．０～４．２个月。２２例骨折不愈合治疗成功率为９５％，愈合时间为３．５～５．２个月。骨折上下邻近关节功能恢复良好。钉孔感染率为２．０％。结论：应用该固定器创伤小，准确复位后骨折固定牢靠，利用固定器的弹性固定作用可有效促进骨折愈合，术后关节功能恢复满意。

Objective:Treat fractures of long-bone shaft with unilateral axial dynamic fixator (UADF)Methods:Close reduction was adopted in fresh fractures,and open reduction with bonegrafting in un-united fractures.All of them were fixated with UADF Results: The sucess rate for 63 fresh fractures was 98%, with average healing time ranging from 2.4 to 4.2 months, and for ununited fractures was 95%and ranging from 3.5 to 5.2 months. The functional recovery of adjacent joints was excellent. The incidence of pin-track infection was 2.0%, Conclusion:It was minimal trauma, Fixation of fractures was stable if reduction offractures was accurately done. Flastic fixation of UADF could effectively stimulate callus formation. The patients could attain excellent joint frnction. The treatment of fractures with UADF is an effective method.
