十二指肠乳头旁憩室综合征119例临床分析

THE CLINICAL STUDY ON LEMMEL'S SYNDROME WITH 119 CASES

目的：了解十二指肠乳头旁憩室发病情况。方法：６２４８例行上消化道造影及２２０例行经内镜逆行胰胆管造影。结果：十二指肠乳头旁憩室造影检出率为１．９％（１１９／６２４８），其中有症状者占７４．８％（８９／１１９），最常见的伴发症为胰、胆疾患（５６．３％，６７／１１９），其次为十二指肠溃疡及炎症（１０．１％，１２／１１９）。结论：十二指肠乳头旁憩室与某些疾病的发生有关。

Objective:To explore the incidence of duodenal diverticulum near papilla and its clinical symptoms. Methods:We reported the syndrome of duodenal diverticulum near papilla(Lemmel's Syn-drom)on 6248 cases examined by conventional radiographic procedures and on 220 cases by ERCP,Re-sults:119 cases showed diverticula closed to duodenal papilla and 89 cases (74.8%)had a variety of symptoms,The most common disorder was Dancreatic and biliary diseases,which reached up to 56.3 Dercent,then came duodenal ulcer and duodenitis(10.1%).Conclusion: Duodenal diverticulum near papilla may be related to some diseases.
