胞壁酰二肽对睡眠的作用及其与TNF的关系

EFFECT OF MURAMYL DIPEPTIDE ON SKEEP AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO TNF

目的：研究胞壁酰二肽（ＭＤＰ）对家兔睡眠的影响及其与肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）的关系。方法：睡眠时相分析方法分析家兔睡眠，ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定血清及脑匀浆中ＴＮＦ水平。结果：ＭＤＰ和ＴＮＦ均可延长家兔的睡眠时间，ＭＤＰ可升高小鼠血清和脑中ＴＮＦ水平，ＴＮＦ单抗可部分拮抗ＭＤＰ的催眠作用。结论：ＭＤＰ的催眠作用与其影响ＴＮＦ有关。

Objective:To study the effect of Murarnyl dipeptide(MDP)on animals’sleep and its rela-tionship to tumor necrosis factor(TNF).Method:using the sleep analysis method to analyze rabbits,sleep,using ELISA to detect the levels of TNF in the serum and brains of mice. Results:MDP(iv oricv)and TNF could prolong the NREM sleep of rabbits,especially the deep sleep.MDP could enhancethe levle of TNF in serum and brains of mice. TNF monoclone antibody had no effect on the sleepof rabbits,but could partly block the sleep-increasing effect of MDP, Conclusion:MDP could prolongthe sleep time of rabbits and increasing the levels of TNF was probably one of the rnechanisms of MDP’seffect on sleep.
