从痰瘀论治儿童支气管哮喘机理初探

On the Mechanism of Treatment of Childhood Bronchial Asthma from Phlegm and Blood-stasis

从痰、瘀的角度阐述儿童支气管哮喘发病的病因病机和辨证论治方法。认为宿痰为哮喘发病之夙根,瘀血是哮喘迁延不愈的重要因素,痰瘀互结导致哮喘反复发作;小儿哮喘应从痰瘀论治,以化痰通瘀为治则。

This paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment from the perspectives of phlegm and blood-stasis, and studies the correlation between phlegm and blood-stasis. Results： Latent phlegm is the root cause and blood-stasis makes it difficult to cure; combination of phlegm and blood-stasis make it recur. It is indicated that childhood asthma should be treated through phlegm and blood-stasis.
