摘要
目的研究以HPLC法测定复方鲜石斛颗粒中葛根素含量的方法。方法采用ProntosilenrobondC18柱,以甲醇-水为流动相,检测波长为250nm,流速1.0ml·min-1。结果葛根素在0.1175~23.5μg·ml-1范围内线性良好,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为101.45%,RSD=0.50%(n=6)。结论本法操作简单,结果可靠,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。
Objective To study the method of determining puerarin in compound Dendrobium granulation by HPLC. Methods The chromatogram conditions were established, with C18 column as solid phase,methyl alcohol-water as flowing phase, 250nm as detecting wavelength,and 1.0 ml·min^-1 as flowing rate. Results The linearity was good in 0.1175-23.5 μg·ml^-1,r=0.9998.The mean recovery was 101.45%,RSD=0.50%(n=6). Conclusion This method can be used in controlling quality because of its simpleness,credibility and good repetition.
