摘要
电磁成形是目前应用最广泛的高能率成形方法之一。它以物理学中的电磁感应定律为理论基础,以独特的加工工艺为技术实施提供方法指导。本文介绍电磁成形技术在平板毛坯胀形加工中的工作原理,分析电磁成形工艺取代传统模具胀形的可能性,并对电磁成形工艺的发展趋势进行了展望。
Electromagnetic forming(EMF) is one of the most widely used high-energy forming techniques. Its theoretic basis is electromagnetic coupling principle in physics, and the special manufacture process provides guidance to the technological application. The paper introduces the electromagntic forming theory in flat workpieces" bulging, analyzes the probability of the EMF instead of the traditional bulging using moulds, and the trends of study of EMF process were expected.
