Highlighting Local Flavor & Constructing Ecological Towns in West Anhui

社会主义市场经济的迅猛发展,带来了城市经济建设的腾飞,尤其推动了遍及各地的小城镇建设的迅速发展。同时,大多数小城镇在发展过程中都出现了对生态建设问题关注程度不够的情况,经济发展的同时伴随着众多生态环境问题的出现,给小城镇的综合治理以及可持续发展带来了巨大的阻碍。六安市地处安徽省西部,皖西周边小城镇的进一步发展也面临着诸多的生态环境问题,本文试图通过对一般小城镇建设存在的土地利用、绿地系统建设、以及规划发展等方面问题的探讨,寻求解决皖西地区小城镇生态建设和规划的出路。

With the swift development of socialist market economy, the economic construction of each city, especially the construction of small towns all over the country, has made rapid advance. However, most of the small towns pay no enough attention to the issue of ecological construction when in development. Therefore, lots of ecological problems appear, which has brought enormous hinder to the overall and sustainable development of small towns. Lu＇an City lies in the west part of Anhui province,and the further development of surrounding towns in West Anhui is faced with many ecological problems. This paper tries to seek a way out to solve the issue of these small towns＇ ecological construction and program, through the exploration of land use, of the systematic construction of green land and of development planning, etc. which exist in the construction of small towns.
