土木工程专业应用型人才的定位与培养模式探讨

Study on Applied Talents and Feasible Talent-cultivating Patterns of Civil Engineering Major

本文结合莆田大学的实际办学条件及社会对人才的需求状况,提出了土木工程专业工程应用型人才的定位和培养目标,并从课程教学体系和实践教学体系入手,探讨了如何构建相应的人才培养模式。

In view of the running conditions of Putian University and the social demands for talents, this paper suggests the orientation of applied engineering talents and the aim for cultivating such talents, discussing, corresponding to it, ways of forming a talent cultivating pattern from the aspects of course curriculum system and practice teaching system.
