文章试从科学研究的发生、形成、解决机制来阐述:当研究人员的两种角色之间的责任发生冲突,利益也会发生冲突。当利益发生冲突时,我们要采取回避机制,但是回避机制并不是解决问题行之有效的方式。因此,要求提供一种全盘的策略,尽可能地去揭示更多的动机来源帮助我们认清利益冲突。

This article, from the perspectives of the beginning, the formation and the resolving mechanism of scientific research, tries to illustrate that the interests will result in conflict when the responsibilities of the two roles of the researchers are in conflict. When in conflict of. interest, we should adopt the avoiding mechanism. However, it is not an effective way to solve all problems. Therefore, an across-board strategy of various motivations as many as possible is required to help us to fully recognize the interest conflicts.
