年龄及平均心率对心率变异指标的影响

为探讨年龄及平均心率对心率变异(HRV)的影响,观察心绞痛(n=66)、心肌梗塞(n=51)和正常人(n=75)3组对象短程体表心电图正常R-R间距之标准差(SD)及变异系数(CV)参数.结果表明多数情况下SD与平均心率显著负相关,而CV与平均心率的相关性较小.同时发现心绞痛及心肌梗塞组SD与年龄显著负相关(P<0.05),但CV与年龄无显著关系(P>0.05).故认为以CV作为HRV指标更能客观反映心脏自主神经功能状况.

Purpose of this study was to investigate whether average heart rate variability (HRV) was influenced by age and average heart rate. Authors performed HRV investigation in 66 patients with angina, 51 with myocardiac infarction and 75 healthy control subjects, by performing short-term body surface electrocardiogram, to find two variables: standard deviation (SD) and co-efficiel of variation (CV) of sinus R-R intervals. The results showed that there was usually a significant negative correlation ship between SD and average heart rate, but CV was not closely related to average heart rate. Both in the angina and myocardiac infarction groups, correlationship between SD and age was prominently negative (P <0. 05), and CV was less related to age ( P >0.05). Therefore, authors suggest that CV could be used to assess cardiac autonomic nervous function.
