舒脑胶囊的质量控制方法

Study on quality control of Shunao capsules

目的：研究舒脑胶囊的质量控制方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别舒脑胶囊中三七、牛膝及泽泻；以苯酚硫酸分光光度法在490nm波长处测定本品中总多糖含量。结果：薄层色谱中能明显检出三七、牛膝及泽泻；测得总多耱含量为0．626％～0．667％；总多糖在5．6～11.2mg·L^-1范围内呈良好线性关系，r=0．9999．平均回收率为98．61％（n=6）．RSD为2.38%。结论：质量控制方法简单、可靠．能有效控制该制剂的内在质量。

OBJECTIVE To study the quality control of shu＇nao capsules. METHODS Radix Notoginsengg,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Rhizoma Alis,zatis in this product were indentified by TLC, the total Polysaccharides of shu＇nao capsules was determined by phenobsulphuric acid spectrophotometry. RESULTS Radix Notoginseng ,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Rhizoma Alismatis could be obviously identified by TLC. The content of the total polysaccharides in this capsules was 0. 626 - 0. 667%. The linear relationship were good in the ranges of 5.6- 11.2 mg· L^-1. The average recovery was 98. 62%, RSD= 2.38%（n = 6）. CONCLUSION This quality control method is simple,accurate and can be used to control the quality of shu ＇ nao capsules.
