摘要
目的:制定坤净栓质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对柴胡、火绒草分别进行了定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLc)法测定了坤净栓中呋喃唑酮的含量。结果:本品定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显,专属性强;呋喃唑酮在0.0115~0.0576g·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.0%。结论:该方法可以准确地进行定性、定量检测,有效地控制制剂的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for quality control of Kunjing Suppositories (Radix Bupleuri,Herba Leontopodii,, furazolidone). METHODS Radix Bupleuri and Herba Leontopodii were identified by TLC,and the content of furazolidone in Kunjing Suppositories was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. The linear range for furazolidone was 0. 0115 - 0.057 6 g· L ^1 (r = 0. 999 8). the average recorery was 99. 6%with RSD of 1.0%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate and reliable,and can be used to control the quality of this preparation effectively.
