摘要
目的:建立钻山风颗粒中肉桂酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:大连依利特Hypersil BDS C18柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(25:75,v/v);检测波长:278nm;柱温:25℃;流速:1mL·min^-1结果:在0.11464~1.83424μg范围内进样量与峰面积积分值有良好线性关系.回归方程为Y=5×10^6X+97402.r=0.9999(n=6)。结论:方法简便可行,准确可靠,可用于钻山风颗粒中肉桂酸的含量测定。
OBJECtiVE To establish a method for the determination of cinnarnicaid in the Zuanshanfeng granules. METHODS The HPlC determination was perforated with the column of Dalian Hypersil BDS C18 (4. 6 mm× 200 mm,5μm) and mobile phase of acetonitrile -0. 1 % phosphate dibasic anhydrous (25:75, v/v) at a flow rate of 1 ml,/min, and the detection was conducted at 278 nm, the temperature of the column was 25 ℃. RESULTS The method showed a good linear relatiorkship in the range of 0. 114 64- 1. 834 24μg. The reeursive equation was..Y= 5 × 10^6X+ 97 402,r=0. 9999 (n= 6). CONCLUSION This method is praeticable,eonvenient,preeise and reliable. It can be applied to the determination of einnamicaid in the Zuanshanfeng granules.
