高效液相色谱法测定跳骨片中士的宁的含量

Determination of strychnine in Tiaogu tablet by HPLC

目的：建立跳骨片中士的宁的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。C18色谱柱（4．6mm×150mm，5μm）；流动相为0．01mol·L^-1醋酸铵-甲醇-三乙胺（81：19：0．5．用冰醋酸调pH值3．8）；检测波长为254nm。结果：士的宁在0．198～1．185μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。r=0．9997．平均回收率为99．24％，RSD为0.87％。结论：该方法简单可行，重现性好，可用于跳骨片的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of strychnine in Tiaogu tablet. METHODS HPLC was performed on C18 column,the mobile phase consisted of 0. 01 mol·L^-1 ammonlum acetate-methanol-triethylamine（81：19：0. 5.pH 3. 8 ）and detection wavelength at 254 nm. RESULTS The linearlty of strychnine was good in the range of 0. 198- 1. 185 μg , r = 0. 999 7. The average recovery was 99. 24%, and RSD was 0. 87%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, feasible,and reproducible. This method may be used for the quality control of Tiaogu tablets.
