某院医务人员脂肪肝患病情况及甘油三酯水平分析

Morbidities of Fatty Liver and Hypertriglyceridemia in Medical Workers in a Certain Hospital

目的分析了解健康教育和保健工作对医院医务人员脂肪肝及甘油三酯升高的发病情况。方法通过空腹血甘油三酯的检测和超声诊断仪进行常规检查肝脏,对某医院2002年1007名和2005年810名参加体检的医务人员进行分析比较。结果2002年甘油三酯升高者共188例,患病率为18.67;男性140例,患病率为13.9%;女性48例,患病率为4.77%。2005年甘油三酯升高者为94例,患病率为11.60%;男性69例,患病率为8.51%;女性25例,患病率为3.08%。2002年患脂肪肝者为176人,患病率17.47%;男性116人,患病率为11.51%;女性60人,患病率为6.00%。2005年患脂肪肝人数为87人,患病率10.74%;男性51人,患病率为6.29%;女性36人,患病率为4.44%。结论脂肪肝及高甘油三酯血症的患病率2005年度显著低于2002年度,提示开展健康教育和保健工作对某些疾病的治疗与预防是可见成效的。

Objective To investigate the effect of health education and health care on the mobidities of fatty liver and hypertriglyceridemia in medical workers. Methods The examinations of fasting blood triglyceride and routine ultrasonography of the liver were performed in 1 007 medical workers in 2002 and in 810 ones in 2005,respectively. The results of the examinations were analyzed. Results In 2002, blood triglyceride elevation was found in 188 workers and the morbidity was 18.67 % （male, 140, morbidity, 13. 90 % ;female, 48, morbidity,4. 77 % ）. In 2005 ,blood triglyceride elevation was found in 94 workers and the morbidity was 11. 60% （male, 69,morbidity,8.51% ;female,25,morbidity,3.08% ）. In 2002, fatty liver was found in 176 workers and the morbidity was 17.47 % （male,116,morbidity,11. 51% ;female,60,morbidity,6.00% ）. In 2005,fatty liver was found in 87 workers and the morbidity of 10.74 % （ male, 51, morbidity, 6.29 % ; female, 36, morbidity, 4. 44 % ）. The morbidituies of fatty liver and hypertriglyceridemia were signincantly lower in 2005 than those in 2002（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion It is suggested that health education and health care are of curative and preventive effects on fatty liver and hypertriglyceridemia.
