超晶格中直流和双频交流电场的整流效应

摘要 以弛豫时间近似下的玻尔兹曼方程为基础,研究了超晶格在外加直流和双模交流场中电子的输运行为,同时计算了几种特定情况下超晶格中电流随频率和场强幅值的变化关系,发现超晶格在外加直流和双模交流电场时内部电流随频率的变化是稳定的,而电流随场强幅值的变化是振荡衰减的. Based on the Boltzmann equation in the relaxation-time approximation, electric transport properties in superlattices driven by dc-two-mode-ac electric field were studied in detail. The graphic relation of current-frequency under some special cases was obtained. It was found that when superlattices were in dctwo-mode-ac electric field, internal currents were steady against the change in frequency while the current was oscillatorily attenuated with change in the amplitude of field strength.
