安徽南陵凤丹皮最佳采收期的考察

Study on the Best Harvesting Time of Anhui Fengdan Peony

目的研究安徽南陵凤丹皮最佳采收期，为牡丹皮GAP基地建设提供依据。方法分别与2003年3～12月份采集移栽后1～7年生的凤丹药材（每份样品采集15株去木心后干燥）粉碎药材过20目筛，取本品粗粉0．2g，精密称定，用水蒸气蒸馏，得样品在274nm测紫外吸收度，计算丹皮酚含量。结果不同采收期凤丹皮的平均产量以8月份为最高，达1329．4g／15株；五年生的凤丹皮丹皮酚平均含量最高，达2．97％。结论4～5年生8—11月份为安徽南陵凤丹皮最佳采收期。建议安徽南陵凤丹皮的最佳采收期定为移栽后4年生者9～10月份。

Objective For provide basis of construction base of GAP, to study the best harvesting time of Anhui Fengdan Peony. Methods To harvest Fengdan Peony growing 1-7 years plant （to remove the xylem of plant from harvesting 15 plants of each group sample was dried ）, it was smashed to pieces of 20 bore size, then taking 0.2 gram distilled with water, the evaporated was determined by UV absorption at 274nm , to calculate content of paeonoside. Results The yield of Aug. is the highest to 1329.4g/ 15 plants in different harvesting time , it has also the highest content of paeonoside to 2. 97% as growing plant of 5 years. Conclusion It is the best time growing plant of 4-5 years and harvesting in Aug. to Nov.
