高活性生物复合酶废纸脱墨的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以纤维素酶、木聚糖酶和蛋白酶等组成的复合酶对旧报纸进行脱墨,研究了脱墨中各种因素对脱墨效果的影响,得到脱墨的较佳工艺条件为:酶用量0.20IU/g,碎浆浓度15%,脱墨时间35min,脱墨温度50℃,pH值5.0;并对漂白前后脱墨浆的性能指标进行了比较。用此复合酶脱墨工艺,脱墨达到了较好的效果,有可工业化生产应用的良好前景。 The compound enzyme composed of cellulase, xylanase and proteolytic enzyme etc. was used to deink waste newsprint and the deinked pulp were bleached. The various factors affecting the deinking effect were studied and the preferred technological deinking condition obtained is as follows: enzyme dosage 20 IU/g, pulp consistency 15%, deinking time 35min, deinking temperature 50~, pH value 5.0. A comparision of the property indexes of the pulp before bleaching and that after bleaching is made. A preferable deinking effect was obtained with this compound enzyme deinking process and it has a promising prospect for industrial production.
