木质素磺酸盐磺化度测定方法的改进 被引量:32

摘要 通过采用紫外分光光度法对木质素磺酸进行定量,对测定木质素磺酸盐磺化度的“离子交换-电导滴定法”进行改进,并比较了改进前后的测定结果。结果表明,离子交换树脂对木质素磺酸盐的吸附作用使传统方法测得的磺化度偏低,改进方法测得的磺化度数值较传统方法的高11.6%,标准偏差仅为1.01%,准确性高、重现性好。 An improvement on the "ion exchange-conductometric titration" for the determination of the sulphonation degree of lignosulfonate was made by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for the determination of lignosulfonic acid and a comparison was made on the results of determination of the two methods. The results show that, the adsorption of ion exchange resin on lignosulfonate leads to a lower value measured by the traditional method, whereas that by the improved method is 11.6%, higher than the traditional method with a small standard deviation of 1.01% and a high accuracy and good repeatability.
