梯度淋洗离子色谱法分离测定高氯水中的痕量NO_2^-

DETERMINATION OF TRACE NO_2^- IN HIGH CONCENTRATION OF Cl^- SAMPLES BY GRADIENT ION CHROMATOGRAPHY

采用DionexOnGuardⅡAg柱、OnGuardⅡH柱及0.45μm过滤头串联处理高氯水样后直接进样分析,以KOH溶液为淋洗液进行梯度淋洗,分离、测定了高氯水中痕量NO2-。方法的回收率为97%~104%,检出限为0.01mg/L。

The separation and determination of trace NO2^ - in high concentration of chloride samples by ion chromatography was investigated. Samples were pretreated with Dionex OnGuard Ⅱ Ag and OnGuard Ⅱ H cartridges with 0.45 μm filter. The recoveries of this method were 97% - 104%. The method detection limit of NO2^ - was 0.01 μg/mL.
