介绍了半导体制冷的工作原理,通过实例分析在量热仪中应用半导体制冷技术时的设计思路及要注意的问题。
In this paper, the operating principle of semiconductor refrigeration is illustrated. By examples, the design thoughts of the application of semiconductor refrigeration in calorimeter and possible problems are discussed.
