高产溶纤酶菌株的筛选鉴定及特性研究

摘要 从多个大豆细菌发酵食品中,分离纯化得到9株高溶纤酶活性的芽孢杆菌,并对筛选得到菌株的菌落形态和菌株形态、生理生化特性进行了鉴定,确认所筛选得到的9株高产菌株均属枯草芽孢杆菌属,其中3株菌的发酵液还可强烈抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的生长。另外,对BS1菌株的其他特性作了相应的研究。 Nine Bacillus subilitis strains with high fibrinolytic enzyme activity were screened and isolated from different samples of ferment soybean. According to morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, the Bacillus subilitis strains were identified. Among them, medium supernatants of BS1, BS3 and BS7 could strongly inhibit the growth of staphylococcus aureus. In addition, characteristics of growth, producing fibrinolysin and glucoamylase of BS1 were also investigated.
