摘要
文章综述了大豆异黄酮的各种提取方法,列出溶剂萃取法、超临界流体提取法、超声波和微波提取法的原理及目前应用状况,并对各种提取方法的特点给出了评价。
Several extraction methods of soy isoflavone such as solvent extraction, supercritical fluid extraction, ultrasonic wave extraction and microwave-assisted extraction were summarized in this paper. The principles, applications and characteristics of these methods were also evaluated.
