5-亚苄基绕丹宁乙酸衍生物的微波合成

A facile synthesis of 5-arylmethylidene rhodanine acetic acid derivatives under microwave irradiation

摘要 利用微波辐射催化芳香醛与绕丹宁乙酸的缩合反应,合成了10个5-亚苄基绕丹宁乙酸衍生物,反应时间8—20min,产率良好,操作简便。 The 5-arylmethylidene rhodanine acetic acid derivatives were synthesized by the condensation of rhodanine acetic acid with aromatic aldehyde in sodium acetate/acetic acid under microwave irradiation. This method had some advantages such as better yields, shorter reaction time and milder reaction conditions.
