摘要
本文结合图书馆引进现代企业的管理机制,研究了图书馆的成本管理、竞争力管理、用户关系管理和市场营销管理策略,探讨了如何将图书馆中带有经营性质的服务项目推向市场,如何用市场营销的方法来运作增值性服务,从而提高图书馆的业务效率和综合发展能力。
Based on the fact that many libraries have adopted the management mechanism of modern enterprises, this article studies the strategies for cost management, competitive power management, customer relationship management and marketing management in libraries, and discusses how to put the service items with business nature on the market and how to use marketing method to provide value-added service so as to increase the service efficiency and comprehensive development capability of libraries.
