摘要 本文分析了数字参考咨询的发展原因,重新界定了数字参考咨询的定义,剖析了国内图书馆开展数字参考咨询的现状及存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了数字参考咨询服务创新的若干举措。 With an analysis of the reasons for the development of digital reference service, this paper gives a new definition of digital reference service. The paper analyzes the present situation of libraries in China in providing digital reference service, and based on this, puts forward some countermeasures for the innovation of digital reference service.
