信息检索中叙词表与Ontology的比较研究

从知识组织工具的视角,通过对传统叙词表与新型Ontology两种工具在形式化水平、概念抽象、语义关系表达等3方面的分析与比较,从理论上比较深入地论述了当前信息检索的发展要求与趋势,指出从基于叙词表向基于Ontology工具的转变是信息检索向智能化方向发展的一个重要研究途径。

Based on a comparative study of two knowledge organization tools, that is, thesaurus and Ontology, from the following aspects： degree of formalness, concept abstraction and representation of semantic relations, this paper gives a theoretical discussion on the requirement for and trend of information retrieval. It points out that the change from thesaurus-based information retrieval to Ontology-based information retrieval is an important approach for researches on intelligent information retrieval.
