基于OA模式的前提条件和实现方式

开放存取(OA)作为一种学术信息交流的新型模式,在网络环境下,具有积极的促进作用。但它的生存与发展牵涉到诸多因素的影响和制约,本文根据OA产生的背景和特点,分析了其存在的前提条件,从开放存取类型和技术支持的角度探讨了其实现的方式和途径。

As a new kind of academic information exchange pattern in the network environment, Open Access （OA） has a positive promoting function. However, its survival and development are involved with the influence and restrictions of many factors. Based on the background of its birth and its characteristics, the article analyzes the prerequisite for its existence, and discusses the way to realize OA from the angle of its types and technologies.
