摘要
以某液体输送部件为例,对复杂塑料壳体制件开裂破坏的原因进行分析,通过CAE技术从制品使用过程和加工工艺两方面找出产生缺陷的原因,并提出优化方案。结果表明,优化工艺后成型的复杂壳体制件的残余应力明显减小,体积收缩也比较均匀,缺陷明显减轻。
With a liquid transport component as an example, the reasons why complex plastic shelly product broken were analyzed. The factors caused the defect such as processing technology and working process were analyzed by using CAE technology , and the optimized project was put forward. The result indicated that the residual stress in the product produced by optimized project was decreased obviously, the volumetric shrinkage was homogeneous and the defect became slight.
