摘要
分析了酚醛模压复合材料制品出现裂纹的特点及其产生原因;针对这些原因提出了从制品结构设计、模具设计、成型工艺、后处理、贮存条件等5方面采取多项改进措施来减小或消除制品应力。经试验证明,这些改进措施有效,明显减少了制品出现裂纹现象,对生产实践具有较强的指导意义。
The characteristics and the reason of inducing cracks in the molded phenolic composite parts are analysed. According to the research many improvement measures are put forward to relieve the product stress from five aspects, such as the structure design, the mold design, the process, the post treatment, and the store condition. Those improvement measures are proved effective in reducing the cracks by experiments, and are helpful for the manufacture of the products.
