摘要
介绍马钢在CSP生产线采用C-Mn-Ti钢,在不添加Nb、V等昂贵合金的情况下,通过控制轧制和控制冷却工艺开发510MPa级汽车大梁板的生产实践。开发过程解决了CSP连铸连轧生产汽车大梁板存在的屈强比偏高及冷弯裂纹等关键技术问题,试制的M510L钢组织细小均匀,冲击韧性和冷弯性能良好,满足用户要求。
The production practice of 510MPa grade automobile beam from C-Mn-Ti steel, without adding of the expensive alloy Nb and V during casting, by controlled rolling and cooling in Masteel CSP plant was introduced. The problem of higher yield/tensile ratio and cold bending cracks in the steel was solved during development. The microstructure of M510L steel pilot manufactured was fine and homogeneous, its impact toughness and cold bending property was well. All those stated above met the customer requirement.
