教师专业发展的现实途径:参与校本课程开发 被引量:7

摘要 教师的成长离不开教育教学实践。教师是校本课程开发的中坚力量和主力军,因而教师参与校本课程开发的过程就必然成为教师专业发展的过程。教师参与校本课程开发促进教师专业理想的确立、教师专业知识的拓展、教师专业技能的发展和教师专业自我的形成。
