摘要
设备工程监理制度将在我国全面建立和推行。如何在设备工程监理中,运用控制科学的思想及方法使设备工程监理科学化是一个值得研究的问题。本文建立了设备工程投资控制的一般模型,并提出了设备工程投资目标控制界限的确定方法。完善了设备工程监理的投资控制方法体系。希望对建立我国的设备工程监理制度提供有益参考。上述方法已应用在实际的大型设备工程项目监理中,使项目成本减少,投资控制方面取得显著的经济效益。
Equipment engineering supervision system will be built in our county, It is worth a problem of researching that how to make supervision more reasonable by using the theory of the principle and means of control and system science. The cost control models are built in the equipment engineering supervision. Then a novel method is proposed for the cost control boundary. It will provide some fruitful reference for our country＇s equipment engineering supervision in future. The method has been succeeding in some projects.
